We are seeking to expand our pool of Advanced Clinical Practitioners to support locum shifts in urgent care centers across Walsall and Coventry.
The role will primarily involve face-to-face appointments, with occasional telephone triage responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Perform clinical procedures with attention to detail
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
