The successful candidate will be responsible for providing learning support and cover supervision to students, as well as developing restorative and relational approaches to inclusion. You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to secure attendance and engagement, and contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have Maths and English GCSEs at grade C or above, strong IT skills, and well-developed organisational and communication skills. You will also need to have a basic understanding of child development and learning strategies, as well as experience of working with students with a range of needs.
