Job Title: Associate Dean

Join the University of Central Lancashire's School of Nursing and Midwifery as an Associate Dean and contribute to the School's and University's vision and strategy. As a key member of the School Leadership Team, you will help deliver an outstanding student experience, grow income, shape the educational offer, foster a supportive culture, and improve student outcomes.

About the Role

The Associate Dean will work closely with the Dean to contribute to the School's and University's vision and strategy. This includes delivering an outstanding student experience, growing income, shaping the educational offer, fostering a supportive culture, and improving student outcomes.

About the School

The School of Nursing and Midwifery is home to over 4,000 students and 190 staff, studying and working across four campuses. We are proud of our students' experience and have been rated No 1 in the country in the 2024 NSS survey for Midwifery.
