Civils Operative

We are seeking a highly skilled Civils Operative to join our team at Ipsum. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for carrying out excavations and civils works in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a Civils Operative, carrying out excavations and civils works in compliance with Codes of Practice, Authorisation Procedures, and the Electricity Supply Industry, DNO Specific and Model Distribution Safety Rules.
- Responsible for NRSWA and Safety Management for any project you are employed on.
- Responsible for the Quality and Compliance to Standard of your Workmanship and others working on the project.
- Working experience in a Civils' discipline.
- Experience within the Electricity Distribution Industry, including Distribution Network Authorisation.
- Good communication skills and the ability to give and receive instructions.
- Interpersonal Skills of communication, influencing, negotiation, persuasion, and diplomacy.
- Knowledge of specification, design, maintenance, and construction of plant and apparatus, including control and protection equipment.
