About the Role:
We are working with a growing business in the commercial sector to recruit for a total of 3 Senior Project Managers on a permanent basis. As a Senior Transformation Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage identified transformation projects, develop and agree project delivery and change plans, and lead project teams to achieve project milestones on time, within budget, and to agreed quality parameters.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, identify and manage variances, and report status through relevant programme management/steering groups.
- Risk Management: Utilize project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes, including risk management and mitigation.
- Stakeholder Management: Proactively seek out and tackle any challenges that will prevent the delivery of business benefits in transformation projects, and prepare and present reports on project deployment effectiveness to senior leadership.
- Metrics and Reporting: Define and report against metrics for success and ensure change is on track.
Requirements:
- Commercial Experience: Experienced in the commercial sector, having taken direction and delivered business transformation programs that enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and commercial success.
- Project Delivery: Proven track record in delivering large (£1m budget) multi-disciplinary projects from development, delivering change, and embedding into business as usual.
