Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Student Welfare Manager. As a key member of our pastoral team, you will be responsible for the welfare and behavior of students within a year group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
  • Provide high-quality care, challenge, guidance, and support to students and their families.
  • Work closely with the Student Achievement Leader and Senior Leadership Team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Engage and inspire students to overcome personal barriers and achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement effective systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with children or young adults in an educational environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to Maltby Learning Trust's Vision and Values.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
