Job Title: Project Manager

At People Squad, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our electronics manufacturing projects.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and structured professional to excel in a company where trust and integrity is the key foundation for everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead multi-disciplined project teams for the design, manufacture and supply of new consumer safety products to the market.
  • Develop project management deliverables including project and communication plans, action and risk registers.
  • Drive progress and highlight risks, including identification of opportunities for recovery at the earliest possible stage.
  • Project manage the development/amendment of collateral for all new products and product variations, ensuring collateral drawing packs are uploaded to the factories within the planned project timescales.
  • Ensure production and supply chain readiness in line with the project timescales.
  • Act as the focal point for all project related Customer issues.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated, flexible, professional and dynamic, with excellent team working skills.
  • Experience in Project Management methodology and execution, preferably within a consumer safety product environment.
  • Qualified to degree level in a relevant engineering discipline with Project Management skills.
