Position Overview:
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Instructor to join our dedicated team. This role involves delivering high-quality education and ensuring that all students engage with the relevant subject matter.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with other institutions within the group to enhance curriculum development.
2. Design and oversee the learning framework for various curriculum areas, ensuring comprehensive planning across different educational pathways.
3. Monitor student progress and implement interventions for those who may be underperforming.
4. Teach a diverse range of subjects to facilitate effective curriculum delivery.
5. Contribute to the advancement and innovation of whole school curriculum mapping.
6. Work alongside senior leadership to ensure a tailored curriculum is provided throughout the institution.

Teaching Approach:
Support the evolution of learning methodologies and appropriate instructional strategies, including behavior management, classroom techniques, resources, and school-wide policies for students across all educational pathways.

Student Support:
Facilitate access to educational and social opportunities for students with special educational needs through effective teaching, support, and collaboration with families and young individuals.

Collaboration:
Assist the senior leadership team and therapy professionals in the ongoing successful development of support for young individuals with complex needs.
