Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Facilities Manager to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the safety and productivity of our workforce and on-site facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of office management and building systems, including HVAC and electrical systems.
  2. Ensure that health and safety procedures are upheld for all members of staff, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
  3. Act as an effective and responsible budget holder for all department expenditure.
  4. Manage third-party contracts, projects, and agents to ensure seamless operations.
  5. Provide a comprehensive procurement and budget holder service to support business growth.
  6. Be prepared to take a leading role in disaster recovery management in the event of an emergency.

Requirements:

  1. Proven career experience in facilities management, with a strong understanding of buildings systems and engineering knowledge.
  2. Experience in line management and budget management, with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
  3. Quick thinking and reactive nature, with excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Ability to be a versatile and strong project leader, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  5. NEBOSH qualification is highly desirable.
