About the Role

This is a strategic and senior role within a community co-operative organisation that is over 150 years old. The organisation is keen to explore adding to their housing portfolio and become a bigger housing provider of choice for the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determining strategy and setting objectives for the property portfolio, including acquisitions and redevelopment opportunities, with a focus on Social Housing.
  • Developing option appraisals and business cases for development opportunities.
  • Leading and developing a programme of property opportunities to support the organisation's purpose.
  • Providing strategic planning and development advice, identifying the long-term requirements of the business property portfolio.
  • Identifying areas where efficiency savings and income generation can be achieved and delivered.
About You

You will be a strategist and not operational. You will have experience of working in a senior management role in a relevant property environment, with knowledge of section 106 agreements. You will effectively manage and achieve enhanced outcomes from a high-value property portfolio, setting, delivering, and monitoring a long-term strategy for a high-value property portfolio within a large organisation.
