Role Overview:
In the capacity of Site Operations Manager, you will lead and advocate for exemplary practices in health, safety, environmental stewardship, and construction processes within the Project Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a secure working environment.
- Oversee the functional management of teams throughout the construction phase.
- Facilitate coordination of constructability insights during the initial design phase.
- Plan, organize, and assign construction personnel effectively.
- Engage with Project Managers, Site Teams, and Human Resources.
- Manage construction resources comprehensively.
- Oversee performance and relationship management of subcontractors.
- Identify and communicate technical challenges to the design team.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with Health and Safety regulations.
- Authorize Health and Safety Plans for the Project Construction Phase.
- Guarantee adherence to Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies.
Candidate Profile:
- Foster a positive culture of safety, quality, and inclusivity.
- Proven experience in managing diverse teams.
- Strong capabilities in project management.
- Encourage a culture of performance excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Familiarity with CDM, NEC, and commercial considerations.
