Your Role

As a Quality, Health and Safety Advisor, you will ensure that the company's products and services not only meet but exceed legal and customer standards. You will implement and uphold systems and procedures throughout the organization to achieve compliance.

The QHSE Advisor will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems while collaborating with external agencies to ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and other compliance areas.

Flexible working arrangements are available, allowing you to choose between a 4-day or 4.5-day workweek.

Qualifications for Success

The ideal candidate will possess familiarity with international quality and environmental management standards (ISO 9001) and have experience in contemporary manufacturing practices. Knowledge of regulatory requirements concerning Health & Safety, Environmental, and Fire Safety is essential.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present and influence, are crucial. Proven analytical, problem-solving, innovative, and decision-making skills are also required. NEBOSH and COSHH certifications are advantageous.
