About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer with Rubicon Recruitment Group, you will play a crucial role in the commissioning and servicing of HVAC systems for our esteemed clients. As a key representative of our company, you will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the reliability of our clients' trusted systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake service and repair work of Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems on customer sites.
  • Complete site reports, risk assessments, and associated company documentation, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Assist with commissioning and installation of new systems.
  • Travel to customer sites both as part of planned service schedule and for late-notice, reactive repairs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, acting as an ambassador for the company.
Requirements
  • Experience working with electro-mechanical systems (particularly HVAC, fan coils, refrigerant systems, heat pumps, etc.).
  • Familiarity with commercial energy systems including heating, ventilation, air-conditioning.
  • Hold a full UK drivers' licence and current CSCS card.
