Parts Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy in Hayes. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their vehicles, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting the correct parts for their vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels meet customer demands and minimizing stockouts.
  • Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize industry-specific software to manage orders, track inventory, and generate reports.
  • Stay updated on new products and technologies in the automotive industry to better serve our customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, with experience in automotive parts software a plus.
