Substation Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Substation Fitter to join our team at Linkit Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation of electrical infrastructure, including busbars, earthing, brazing, and steel structures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a proven track record of working on complex power system projects. You will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces, and must be comfortable with the use of specialized equipment.
We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, able to work independently, and has excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with our clients to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of electrical infrastructure, including busbars, earthing, brazing, and steel structures
- Working at heights and in confined spaces
- Use of specialized equipment, including IPAF and CSCS
- Collaboration with clients to ensure project completion
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering
- Proven experience in power system projects
- IPAF and CSCS certification
