Job Title: Multi Skilled Electrician

ISS Facility Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Electrician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing top-tier electrical and mechanical maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical and mechanical PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to exceed customer expectations.
  • Responsible for ETP system maintenance during planned shutdown periods, ensuring tasks are completed in accordance with the current contract.
  • Provide callout response for the client as detailed by the supervisor and out of hours by the ISS shift team.
  • Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including mentoring of contractors and their workmanship, to ensure relevant standards are met.
  • Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and control equipment are within scope and operate to specified performance criteria.
  • Ensure equipment and surrounding area conforms to agreed company standards.
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds 2230 Level 3 or NVQ 2356/2357 in Electrical Installation.
  • City and Guilds 2330 Level 3 in Electrical Installation or AM1 and AM2.
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS:7671:2018) with A2 amendment.

Preferred qualifications include a recognised apprenticeship, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Inspection & Testing (2394/5), Electrical to Mechanical conversion (EMC), JIB Accredited, IPAF/PASMA, and a Full UK Driving License.
