### Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents
* Develop and implement well-structured care plans, taking into account regulatory frameworks and individual resident needs
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, utilizing modern technology to enhance care delivery
* Oversee medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation
* Make informed decisions in a timely manner, utilizing your clinical expertise to guide team members
* Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to colleagues, adhering to the NMC Code

### Preferred Skills and Experience:

* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of care staff
* Passion for delivering exceptional care, supporting residents, and their families
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and residents
* A positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to work effectively in a clinical environment
* Awareness and understanding of relevant legislation, including the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards
