Our client, a leading Main Contractor, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team due to continued growth and expansion.

As a key member of the Commercial Department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate cost control and efficient project delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Quantity Surveying, with excellent analytical and financial skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, tenders, and other commercial documents
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery
  • Providing expert advice on commercial matters, including contract law and dispute resolution

The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, a strong understanding of construction law and regulations, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
