Job Title: Student Enrichment Facilitator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Student Support Services team as a Student Enrichment Facilitator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of adult learners and contribute to the success of our residential students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a co-ordinated program of enrichment activities tailored to meet the diverse needs of adult learners.
  • Proactively communicate and work with students to ensure their engagement within the enrichment program.
  • Host and deliver enrichment-focused workshops and events to students, ensuring a breadth of activities that develop wide-ranging life and employability skills.
  • Provide a customer-focused service centered on inclusivity of all Learning Resources Centre users.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a student-facing support service within an educational setting.
  • Experience of co-ordinating and delivering events and activities.
  • Relevant qualification at Level 3.
  • GCSE English and maths (Grade C/4) or equivalent level qualification.
