About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Marketing Executive to support our Campaign Managers and Digital Marketing Team in the implementation of Client and Campaign marketing plans.
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns. Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously is crucial, and effective communication and teamwork will be essential in ensuring that each project is executed flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely Delivery of Campaigns: Ensure all campaigns are delivered on schedule, meeting all deadlines and milestones.
- Multi-Campaign Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple campaigns, ensuring each receives the necessary attention and resources.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with copywriters, the design studio, and the automation team to create cohesive and efficient campaigns.
- Marketing Platforms: Capitalize on the usage of Marketing platforms, such as Aprimo, Asana, Marketo & Smartsheets.
Requirements
- Marketing Experience: Proven experience in a marketing role, particularly in working with copywriters and designers to produce marketing materials like emails, microsites, and banner ads.
- Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work as part of a team, building collaborative relationships across different departments.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns and manage workloads effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact openly and directly with others.
Desirable Qualifications
- Passion for Digital Marketing: A keen interest in learning more about digital marketing and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies.
- Language Skills: Knowledge of European languages at any level would be a plus.
- Platform Experience: Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Marketo, Aprimo, Asana and Smartsheets.
- Industry Experience: Experience working in IT distribution, a Marketing Agency or similar environments.
- Process: Experience in following marketing processes.
- Tech-Savvy: Track record in learning and demonstrating new technologies.
