We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse (RGN & RMN) to join our team at G & H CARE LIMITED. As a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
  • Collaborate with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, care plans, and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards, including infection control protocols.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration as an RGN and RMN.
  • Proven experience in a nursing role, preferably in a hospital or care home setting.
