Job Summary:
Morson Talent is seeking a highly skilled Senior EC&I Engineer to join our team. As a Senior EC&I Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and delivering engineering and technical activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and deliver engineering and technical activities, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
2. Utilize domain knowledge and experience to resolve complex technical issues, compile technical reports, and provide expert guidance to team members.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including reports, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in EC&I engineering, with a strong background in electrical and control systems.
3. Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
