We're seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Merchandiser to join our team at Virgin Experience Days. As a key member of our Ecommerce department, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional online platform that empowers customers to explore and acquire extraordinary experience days.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute merchandising plans for key landing pages, categories, campaigns, and experience launches in collaboration with Creative, Copy, Partnerships, and other business stakeholders.
- Drive sales and improve visitor conversion rates across all Virgin Experience Days Ecommerce sites and channels by efficiently coordinating and executing merchandising activities.
- Analyse and report on site performance metrics to identify optimisation opportunities and drive improvement.
- Experience working in an Ecommerce or digital environment, ideally with a focus on merchandising.
- Proficiency in using CMS platforms to make customer-facing updates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve performance (ideally experience with Google Analytics).
- Highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Work from our modern offices based in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire.
