**Key Responsibilities:**

* Increase market share of Industrial business by identifying new business leads and developing successful solutions
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to co-design and put forward winning solutions
* Utilize Salesforce to manage interactions with existing and new customers
* Secure new business according to personal/sector targets

**What We're Looking For:**

* Experienced in onsite energy solutions
* Sustainable and low carbon solutions
* Prior BD experience desirable
* Prior Operational and Technical knowledge desirable
* People management
* Finance models
* Stakeholder management
* Communication skills
* Ability to develop a broad understanding of Veolia's offerings
* Decision making
* Influencing and negotiation
