E&I Maintenance Coordinator

Join Our Team as an E&I Maintenance Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled E&I Maintenance Coordinator to become a vital part of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate all incoming maintenance work requests, ensuring comprehensive and precise information is documented.
- Create thorough maintenance schedules and procure necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Department to initiate purchase orders for any essential external services.
- Review risk assessments and method statements, ensuring they are developed accurately.
- Organize task-specific risk assessments as required.
- Facilitate the timely delivery of materials to maintain project timelines.
- Engage in effective communication with all parties involved, from technicians to management.
Qualifications:
- A formal Apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical/Instrumentation, or Analyser disciplines.
- SVQ Level 3 in a relevant engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical/Instrumentation, or equivalent).
- HNC in an appropriate engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical/Instrumentation, or equivalent).
- A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in a maintenance setting.
- Prior experience on a top-tier COMAH (Control of Major Accident Hazards) site.
- A comprehensive understanding of the maintenance workflow process and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Strong communication, organizational, and IT skills.
- The capability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with national and international maintenance standards.
- Experience with Maximo CMMS is advantageous.
