Exciting Opportunity for a Creative Designer

We are seeking a talented and commercial Designer to join our rapidly growing fashion business, specialising in designing trend led ranges for UK retailers and brands. As a Kidswear & Babywear Designer, you will be responsible for creating multi-product designs that meet customer demands and stay ahead of the latest trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing seasonal collections aligned with the latest trends and customer requirements.
  • Collaborating with the design team to create product development plans and adapt to market changes.
  • Creating detailed technical packs for production, ensuring accuracy and clear specifications.
  • Presenting designs and concepts to customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Translating trend research into customer-specific designs and collaborating with overseas design and production teams.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience working for a supplier and/or retailer in a relevant design role.
  • Graphic design experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Deep understanding of trend forecasting, fabric innovation, and product development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly in customer-facing situations.
