We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Manager to join our team at Kettering Buccleuch Academy. As a key member of our Education division, you will be responsible for managing our catering operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, nutritious food to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of catering staff to deliver exceptional service and quality food
  • Recruit, induct, train, and support colleagues to ensure operational excellence
  • Ensure ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison
  • Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • Previous experience in management, preferably in contract catering
  • Genuine interest in customer service excellence
  • Ability to work flexibly, including term-time only and varying shift patterns
