Job Overview

As a key member of our production team, you will report directly to the Extrusion Shift Supervisor. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a consistent and adequate supply of raw materials to the extrusion process, preventing any interruptions in production.

Your role as a Material Supply Coordinator will also involve upholding exemplary standards of cleanliness and safety within the work environment. Promptly addressing any spills and maintaining a tidy workspace will be essential to your duties.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess good physical stamina and strength, as the position requires the handling and lifting of substantial raw material bags, often in confined spaces. The work environment may be dusty, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times. Depending on the season, the temperature in the workspace may also vary.

In addition, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
  • Familiarity with materials utilized in the extrusion process is a plus.
  • Basic IT skills are necessary for managing our Business System NAV, ensuring accurate and efficient material tracking.
  • A forklift truck license is advantageous, although training will be provided.
  • Willingness to work additional hours as needed, compensated at standard overtime rates.

This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 42 hours per week, rotating between day and night shifts.
