Family Law Solicitor Job Description

Duncan Lewis Solicitors, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a skilled Family Law Solicitor to join our team. As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members, assisting with delivery of appropriate training and development in the department, and working knowledge of the publicly funded Family Law work and the ability to service privately funded cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members
  • Assisting with delivery of appropriate training and development in the department
  • Working knowledge of the publicly funded Family Law work and the ability to service privately funded cases
  • Extensive experience in dealing with all Family Law related work and some expertise on adoption matters
  • Experience in own advocacy is an advantage
  • Excellent IT Skills - familiar with Microsoft Office applications and document management skills
