About the Role

  • Develop and curate high-quality digital content that aligns with our content strategy and business positioning.
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs and digital content trends, informing content marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital content, ensuring measures to track success.
  • Act as a key project group member on multi-channel content marketing campaigns.
  • Support research to understand channel, customer, competitor, and market developments.
  • Develop and utilize web traffic analysis, keyword research, and on-page optimization skills to improve organic search visibility.
  • Create visually appealing, user-friendly web page layouts that align with company/brand guidelines.
  • Identify ways to repurpose existing content in the form of webinars, infographics, etc.
  • Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
  • Contribute ideas for, and provide feedback on, team innovations and strategy implementation.

Requirements

  • Experience in content marketing campaign delivery and an understanding of SEO principles and best practice.
  • Evidence-based approach to activities, with the ability to use data to inform all areas of work.
  • Excellent project management, copywriting, and proofing skills with an eye for digital design.
  • Demonstrable channel and customer awareness, with evidence of using this knowledge to guide own work.
  • Strong communication skills: works collaboratively to build positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
  • Knowledge and ability of IT systems, including core MS Office packages and content management systems (CMS).

Working Arrangements

This role will be based in the UK and you must have the right to live and work in the UK. Taylor & Francis has flexible hybrid working options for how employees can work based on their role. The successful candidate will be able to utilize our balanced working model. The role will be predominantly working from home in the UK, with regular travel (at least 5 days a month) to our Head office or London office hub required.
