We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Governance Specialist to join our team at TECHOHANA. As a Salesforce Data Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our data in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Cleansing and Quality: Develop and implement robust data management strategies to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce environments to drive business efficiency and enhance user experience.
  • Integration and Data Flow: Integrate Salesforce with Microsoft Azure for cloud solutions and HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation.
  • Problem-Solving and Analysis: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex data challenges autonomously.
  • Long-Term Technology Strategy: Align Salesforce and data initiatives with the company's long-term technology goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce administration, data cleansing, and data management.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, and HubSpot.
  • Soft Skills: Proven ability to work independently, solve complex data issues, and contribute to the long-term technology strategy of the business.
