Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and underwriting credit loan applications, ensuring they meet our credit policy and regulatory requirements. They'll work closely with our credit team, valuers, and asset managers to ensure loans are properly secured and documented.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing credit loan applications and making recommendations to the credit team
- Producing clear and concise written documentation
- Managing the end-to-end application process, from initial enquiry to completion
- Ensuring loans are properly secured and documented
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers
