About the Role:

  • Work on a variety of Building Surveying duties, including Contract Administration, Condition Surveys, Technical Due Diligence, and Dilapidations.
  • Be exposed to a diverse range of projects, including residential, mixed-use, commercial, leisure, and education sectors.
  • Have the opportunity to work on a multidisciplinary team, handling projects from inception to completion.
  • Be supported throughout the APC process, enabling you to achieve MRICS status.

Requirements:

  • Hold an RICS accredited degree.
  • Have a strong passion for Building Surveying and be on your Building Surveying journey.
  • Be self-motivated, well-versed in Building Surveying practices, and possess exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
