Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at RGH-Global Ltd. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management of our nursing home and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of the nursing home, including the development and implementation of care plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the nursing home.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Hold a current NMC registration - RGN or RMN or RNLD.
  • Proven experience in a clinical management role, preferably in a nursing home setting.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
