Key Areas of Focus

  • Establish Robust Reporting Structures: Develop and implement financial reporting systems for internal monitoring and investor reporting.
  • Manage Compliance: Ensure legal, tax, and audit compliance for the holding entity.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and maintain operating and financing model forecasts.
  • Due Diligence: Assist with financial due diligence for investments.
  • Capital Allocation: Optimize capital allocation across the group.
  • Audit and Compliance: Select a group auditor to prepare accurate group accounts.
  • Equity Incentives: Implement equity incentive plans.
  • Accounting Policies: Develop group accounting policies for internal reporting.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Data Management: Collaborate on internal data storage and record-keeping.

Requirements

  • 7-15 years of experience in a fast-paced finance role.
  • Strong accounting & financial reporting skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling.
  • Proven track record of implementing financial systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • M&A integration and B2B SaaS software experience is a plus.
