Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with individuals, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring they are evidence-based and aligned with best practice.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing to the development and implementation of care plans and service strategies.
  • Provide education and training to other healthcare professionals, promoting best practice and evidence-based care.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration status.
  • Postgraduate qualifications relevant to eating disorders.
  • Experience of working with individuals with eating disorders, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
