Breakfast Chef Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at The Seaton Lane Inn, a multi-award-winning pub with rooms in outstanding locations across the North of England and Wales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Ensure the safety, security, and proper storage of all food stock, adhering to relevant legislation and company policy.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional food service, taking ownership of your section before, during, and after service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working station, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Awareness of the importance of presentation and attention to detail.
  • Natural early riser, punctual, and consistent.
  • Experience in a similar role and fresh food environment, with a genuine commitment and passion for food, training, and quality service.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional food service, taking full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service.
  • Good communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills.
