Global Support Product Manager

At Crayon, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global support strategy and drive exceptional customer experiences. As our new Global Support Product Manager, you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive support strategy that aligns with our company's goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execute support initiatives
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure support effectiveness and identify improvements
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Oversee the training and development of support staff to ensure exceptional service
  • Manage the global support budget to optimize resource use and maximize customer value
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a global support or customer service environment
  • Experience leading teams and engaging with senior customer stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience working with IT service providers
  • ITIL v4 qualifications
