Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and regulate the construction activities of new projects
  • Direct staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Facilitate training and guidance for team members
  • Guarantee adherence to health and safety regulations on-site
  • Coordinate material requisitions and deliveries
  • Conduct inspections and address issues for each unit before evaluations
  • Participate in meetings to synchronize construction timelines with client expectations

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3-4 or equivalent certification
  • SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid qualifications
  • Familiarity with construction schedules and Building Regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in computer applications
