We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Estimator to join our dynamic team at EC&I Partners Limited. As a Mechanical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing detailed cost estimates for mechanical projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and designs to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather and negotiate quotes.
  • Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project efficiency and cost.
  • Support the tender process by producing competitive and profitable estimates.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and material costs to ensure the accuracy of estimates.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and services (HVAC, piping, plumbing, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of estimating software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
