Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting the alignment of Modern Workplace and Cloud and AI Solutions strategy to customers and Microsoft priorities across all sales divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Remote and Face-to-Face Customer Meetings: Provide training on Microsoft technologies and services, including AI-based technologies, to customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with the Modern Workplace Team: Work with the team to scope, qualify, and nurture opportunities alongside account managers and strategic partners.
  • Support Implementation of Modern Workplace and Cloud and AI Strategy: Contribute to the successful implementation of our strategy in FY25 and beyond.
  • Work with Sales Divisions: Share our training and change management strategy, GTM, and take feedback from divisional sales leaders.
  • Generate New Opportunities: Work with new and existing accounts to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure Sales Pipeline Accuracy: Work with sales divisions to ensure the sales pipeline for Cloud and AI Solutions and Modern Workplace projects is accurately reflected in D365.
  • Drive Sales and Marketing Function: Deliver remote and in-person events, topical industry and technical webinars, and participate in marketing events with named vendors.
  • Support Information Security Objectives: Perform tasks in support of data and information security.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in delivering technical training and customer success.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and services, including AI-based technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
