We are seeking an experienced and qualified Client Manager to take on a Director role within our growing accountancy practice. As a Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the workflow, resourcing, and client relationships for a large and diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a proven track record of career progression in accountancy practice. You will be technically proficient in all areas of accountancy and audit, with a demonstrated history of developing new and profitable revenue streams.
As a Director, you will lead by example, demonstrating an entrepreneurial and can-do attitude to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for overseeing the preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts, tax returns, payroll, and VAT.
Key Responsibilities:
- ACCA/ACA or CA qualified or QBE.
- Significant line management experience, including recruitment, appraisal, and performance management, as well as learning and development.
- Oversight of cloud-based systems and strategy.
- Developing new and profitable revenue streams.
- Technically proficient in all areas of accountancy and audit.
- Leading by example and demonstrating an entrepreneurial attitude.
