About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our well-established Learning Disability and Autism service in Sunbury-on-Thames. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering close relationships with experienced teams, external stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations
  2. Meet quality and financial targets while facilitating the development of quality healthcare services
  3. Contribute to the strategic development of the care home in line with organisational objectives
  4. Enhance the reputation of the organisation for delivering high-quality outcomes
  5. Address the specific needs of individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorder
  6. Represent the organisation in contract reviews and service delivery matters
  7. Lead team supervision and annual review processes within the care partnerships
  8. This role involves participation in an on-call rota.
Requirements
  1. Essential experience in managing challenging behaviors and implementing Positive Behavior Support
  2. A proven track record in management within the social or healthcare sector
  3. Strong commercial acumen to support service delivery, budget control, and business development
  4. An inclusive and supportive management style coupled with strong leadership abilities
  5. Experience working with external agencies such as CQC, Safeguarding, and CCGs
  6. A commitment to a person-centered approach to deliver high-quality services
