About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Quality Technologist to join our team at Mars in Melton Mowbray. As a key member of our site team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage initiatives that ensure our site is fully compliant with global Quality and Food Safety standards. You will act as an expert in Quality and Food Safety standards and processes, providing technical support across functions and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects in an FMCG environment, ensuring effective implementation and maintenance of the site Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Manage projects and initiatives that will ensure the effective operation and improvement of the site QMS, engaging and training associates from all functions in the importance and operation of the QMS.
  • Provide best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
