**Job Title:** FLT Reach Truck Driver

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Location:** Swindon

**About Us:** Challenge-trg Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specializing in logistics and warehouse jobs. We are currently seeking an experienced FLT Reach Truck Driver to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Reach Truck in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure the integrity of products remains intact during transportation and storage.
  • Identify and rectify faults in equipment and machinery.
  • Adhere to safe driving standards and ensure zero MHE damage.
  • Minimize damage to products and report any incidents to the team leader.
  • Ensure housekeeping standards are met and H&S and environmental standards are maintained.
  • Load and unload products in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Report any potential breaches of hygiene standards, including damage, contamination, sabotage, and pest issues.
  • Complete reverse logistics accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Must have an in-date RTITB or ITSSAR Accredited FLT Reach license and pass a drug and alcohol assessment.
  • Numerate and literate.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build effective team relationships.
  • Work to the highest levels of safety, service, accuracy, and quality.
