  • Coordinate purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Manage open purchase orders to guarantee efficient receipt and storage of weekly deliveries.
  • Process and store deliveries accurately, ensuring product specifications and pricing are correct.
  • Input product cost changes into systems accurately to maintain data integrity.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers to optimize procurement processes.
  • Conduct supplier and material analysis to inform procurement decisions.

Regular communication and relationship maintenance with suppliers are essential for success in this role.

Key Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Purchasing is required.
  • Familiarity with electrical materials is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.
