Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at IMH Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in properties, holding a NVQ Level 3 in their trade or equivalent, and possessing a current driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare substrates for painting by removing loose and flaking paint using various methods.
• Apply coatings using brush, roller, or spray applications to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Work on kitchens, bathrooms, and full properties as required, ensuring a thorough and professional service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in properties.
• NVQ Level 3 in your trade or equivalent.
• Ability to work at height safely and efficiently.
• Current driving license for travel to job sites.

Working Hours and Pay:

• 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
