McCormick & Company, Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time Retail Sales Representative to serve various locations.
This role involves a 40-hour work week from Monday to Saturday (with Wednesday off), offering some flexibility in start times. Sunday work is typically not required, except during peak holiday seasons, where double pay is provided. Some overnight travel may be necessary, with travel days scheduled from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key contacts in major supermarket chains.
- Utilize technology to ensure product availability and maintain high execution standards in-store.
- Deliver and manage stock to stores daily, ensuring optimal product presence on shelves and adherence to store layouts.
- Oversee store inventory records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide support to other brands within the McCormick family as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Possession of a valid UK driving license (essential), eligibility to work in the UK, and a UK bank account.
- Fluency in English.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and strong relationship management skills.
- Enjoy working on the road and independently.
- Collaborate with a broader team to share insights and best practices for business growth.
- Prioritize customer needs in all actions.
- Comfortable with technology usage.
- Appreciate the physical aspects of the role.
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or hospitality is advantageous.
