Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Stock Lead Associate to join our Hollister Co. team. As a Stock Lead Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the functions of the stockroom, including receiving and processing shipments, merchandise organization, and sales floor replenishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and brand awareness to effectively manage inventory and make informed decisions.
  • Customer Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Business Understanding: Analyze sales data and inventory levels to make informed decisions about stockroom operations.
  • Inventory Control: Effectively manage inventory levels, including receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise.
  • System Skills: Utilize inventory management systems to track inventory levels and make informed decisions.
  • Asset Protection: Identify and report any potential security risks or inventory discrepancies.
  • Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to inventory management and customer service.
  • Fashion Trend Knowledge: Stay current on fashion trends and make recommendations to management on inventory levels and merchandise organization.
Requirements
  • 6+ Months of Retail Experience Preferred: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a stockroom or inventory management role.
  • Adaptability / Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stress Tolerance: Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage stress effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Applied Learning: Ability to apply knowledge and skills to real-world situations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
