Retail Merchandiser Job Description

**Job Summary:**

EnRoute Recruit Ltd is seeking a motivated and committed Retail Merchandiser to provide retail support to a leading chain of supermarkets. The role involves completing projects, implementing changes, and filling supermarket shelves in line with client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Replenish supermarket shelves to meet store targets
* Stack shelves in line with a planogram to ensure optimal product visibility
* Complete shelf replenishment tasks efficiently and effectively

**Shift Information:**

* Shifts are typically 10-12 hours long, with the majority being night shifts
* Occasional day shifts may be available
* Shifts may include 7pm-7am, 8pm-8am, or 9pm-9am

**Requirements:**

* Previous retail experience is advantageous
* Commitment to working 2-6 shifts per week
* Reliable and punctual

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive pay rate of £11.44 per hour
